James' Homework:
In The Summer’s Time
The sun is shining, the clock is ticking.
All my friends, go out picnicking.
Sharing their pictures online as funny.
But I download all of them for envy.
Only I stay at home, look at the paper, hold a pen.
Wondering when my summer begin.
The sun is shining, the phone is ringing.
All my friends, ask me joining.
Jump from the edge of my seat,
Pack my things and take some sweet.
Tear the paper, broke the pen
Shout out loud I’ll play to ten.
The sun is shining, the wind is breezing.
Finish the burger, then go to the shore.
Take off the shirt, the wind is freezing.
Jump into the water, enjoy the cool.
Feel like flying over the sky, even I’m just lie on my side.
Swim in the river, wonder where the fish is heading for.
The sun is shining, the rain is dropping.
Rush to the bank, find clothes is missing.
Stay and hide in the grass, prying anyone who comes.
Wait for the thief appear, ready to beat him to tears.
The sun is shining, the river is flowing.
No one comes, and no one appear.
Only birds stand on the trees, laugh at us who are bare.
The sun is not shining, the night is coming.
Find out the clothes, dropped into the water.
Make them dryer and put them on.
Rush back home and take a shower.
Warm myself and then sit down.
And my shirt still has the smell of flower.
