For homework, please read chapters 8 and 9 of Bridge to Terabithia.

Complete the following on the forum or email it to me at least 1 hour before class:

1. Create two thoughtful discussion questions about Ch. 8 or 9 that you would like to explore with your classmates. We will use the questions you create as a starting point for our next class.

2. Then choose two words that you don't know. Look them up in a dictionary and write a definition for them in your own words. Write a sentence using each word.

Please also translate p. 107-108 in the end of Ch. 8, beginning with “Gee, I'm really glad I came..." and ending with “He was shocked. 'It's in the Bible, Leslie.'" Translate it to Chinese, and then, from your Chinese translation, translate it back into English using your own words.
