Great example sentences, Shirley!
Some of my corrections:
Highlight: I often read the highlight part of the book.
Dizzy: I feel a dizzy spell.
Gaily: I feel very gaily gay, because get I got a gift.
*Since "gaily" is an adverb, which means it describes a verb, it cannot be used to describe you (a noun). For example, you can say "I jumped around gaily, because I got a gift."
