Question 1: My first time went to the ghost house,I felt very very badly, because I can’t saw anything, but, I heard something strange, someone’s footstep! I covered my ears, I was cried, I can’t controlled myself. I can’t thought anything, just cried. I don’t knew how do I get out the”ghost house”. I can’t kept calm! I bit my hands and told myself to keep calm.

I told myself, “it’s just a ghost house, the ghost was not true, and should believed myself. I can do it! Don’t be afraid, get out the ghost house,I can saw the sun! You should be brave.”

I covered my ears and walked slowly and controlled my emotions. Don’t ignored those sounds, . I said” keep calm”.

1.I fear of sleep alone when I was 6 years old.I think everywhere has ghost when I sleep alone in my room.In the summer time my sister shi is younger  than me come to my home .When she know that I can't sleep alone I'm very intolerable and she laught at me.I say:"I can sleep alone."And I sleep alone that night, the room is diffrent to daytime.I cloes my eyes and think some thing happy and beautiful.Gradual I fell asleep.from that time I can sleep alone.

Once I dream, dream of my soul is watching my body is asleep.I wake up with a start. Then I was fear of attack, might as well do some psychological activities to divert attention. I  did some arithmetic, read,  or take a deep breath. When I put these activities, I can reduce the fear of ideas and images. My body will calm down, not out of control.
