1. Why did Kino's father encourage Jiya to live with Old Gentleman instead of his family?

1.Because Kino's father think they are poor, but the Old Gentleman can send Jiya to the good school,can give Jiya clothes. Live with Old Gentleman Jiya may be a great man.

 

2.Kino thinks if Jiya live with the Old Gentleman, they can't play together.

 

3.Setsu give Jiya a great hug and Jiya can live with Kino now and he has a great family.
