Reread chapters 1-6 and make notes of important events! I will be asking for a summary during class.
1. Create 3 discussion questions that we HAVEN'T covered already in class.
2. Do Research on the book, GONE WITH THE WIND. You should do enough research to tell me the summary of the book (I don't expect details, so don't worry!) and how that book relates to THE OUTSIDERS.
3. Respond in one paragraph (5-7 sentences): What is your definition of an outsider or a rebel? You can choose either one that you want to talk to about!
4. Complete the character chart with details on Ponyboy, Soda, Darry, Steve, Two-Bit, Johnny, and Cherry.
ALSO, please make sure you fill out the vocabulary journal, and we will be going over all the words you wrote down during class.
