My name is Ming (明), and I'm really psyched up to be your RA for the upcoming three weeks that'll surely be fun, memorable and rewarding!
A bit about me: I'm Ph.D. student at Brown's School of Engineering, but I took the past year off and taught advanced math to 12th and 8th graders at Wheeler (a competitive private school next to Brown) because I love teaching and being around smart kids so much! Prior to that, I also taught at Brown and the Yale-China Teaching program in Guangzhou, China. All of these is to show that I know my ways amongst kids. Also, I'm fluent in Mandarin Chinese. So, please don't hesitate to talk to me should you have any concerns or requests.
Since we're going to be smart, valiant and tolerant Tigers (I noticed some of you were actually born in the year of the tiger per the Chinese zodiac!) representing Princeton, we need to be fearless but also compassionate towards other campers. Let's buckle up and get ready for the exciting ride!
Have a safe trip and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you.
