The smoothness of your writing in this assignment is very impressive. I like how these two sentences work together with the second clarifying the first:

"In S.E. Hinton's The Outsiders, In the fire scene, all three boys, Dally, Pony Boy, and Johnny behave in a way most people consider "heroic". They saved the kids from the fire in the church even they got badly hurt."

And then you follow your longer sentences with a short one that punches your point home (idiom means that you have said something very clearly and well): They are really brave.

I am also deeply impressed by your perfectly correct use of the word "atonement." REALLY WELL DONE!
