On the forum, please answer:

What do you predict will happen next in the story? Will the boys remain safe?
How do Kino and Jiya view the sea differently? What is the reason for this difference?

On a separate piece of paper, translate into Chinese the paragraph on p.5 beginning with “Shall we have an earthquake, Father?” and ending with “Kino looked at it he felt afraid.” Bring this translation to class on Saturday.

1、（1）I think they will become inseparable friends(2)The boys will save.

2、(1)Kino thinks the sea is beautiful.Jiya thinks the sea is his enemy.（2）Because kino lives very high,he cannot really know the influence of the sea of people.Jiya's father is a fishman.He know the sea for their own interests.
